Who is Jesse Faux?

So, who is Jesse Faux?

Jesse Faux, the person, is Michigan-native Jordan Winburn. Born and raised in the Macomb area, I've lived an interesting life. From the day I was born to the year I turned eight years old, it had just been me and my then-single mother. She worked all day while my grandparents would watch me, eventually watching me after school. I was an extra pain due to wanting to be picked up after school as I had been an easy target for bullies all of my life- the "perks" of being scrawny and naive. In these years, I would sneakily watch YouTube on any device I could get my hands on. I wasn't supposed to, but something drew me to these early career entertainers. I loved watching them play new and interesting games while laughing with their friends. I'd say that this was where I got my interest in video games to begin with. Later down the line, I'd get my own computer and begin uploading videos in 2016 at just 11 years old. Of course, nothing was of immense quality from then, but everyone has their humble beginnings.

Jesse Faux, the character, is an anthropomorphic arctic fox with the same backstory, except fluffier. I had found the furry fandom a year or so after making my YouTube channel. My best friend at the time was telling me horror stories from their most vocal members, and I was absolutely morbidly interested in this new mysterious group of internet animals. Not being the best detective at 13 years old, I went to YouTube first and found public fursuiting videos rather than the horrific stories and documentation of such that I thought I'd find. I found the suits cute, and began to become more interested in the group. How could so much bad press be made about people dressed like cute animals? I began to make a character, or "fursona", for myself and I had a lot of fun doing that. Once it was made, it sat, half-realized for a year or so. Eventually, this little fluffy character would be my source of comfort during some hard times. I would associate with it more than myself as an escape during some self-destructive times. Of course, with time and age, I would find the cases I set out to find all those years ago and more, but unexpectedly as an insider rather than somebody curiously looking in.
